Empowerment Coaching

A supportive process in which we help women explore and achieve their desires in various areas of their lives.  Our coaching programs encourage women to discover the path between where they are now, where they want to be and the journey they can embrace to make dreams happen.

Hypnotherapy

Also referred to as conscious hypnosis or hypnotic suggestion.

Hypnotherapy is a process used to induce trance-like states that allow women to raise their vibration and manifest positivity in all aspects of their lives.  Raising your vibration means turning your life in a direction that is more positive, abundant and fulfilling.

Hypnosis acknowledges that all emotions are trances. Trance-like states, or emotions, can have a positive or negative effect on our lives or wellbeing.  Negative emotions, or trances, women experience in life such as anger, fear, sadness and negative self-talk can have a negative impact and keep them stuck and cycling in negative life patterns.

Hypnosis can help women become more focused on the emotions or states that can raise their vibration and produce positive results and success in their lives.

Hypnosis can also be particularly helpful with phobias, weight management and to quit smoking.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)

Empowering and enabling women to better understand the way their mind processes the words we use and how this can affect the past, present or future.

If you can imagine the human mind as a filing system and that sometimes the filing system becomes a little disorganised, then NLP is the process of re-organising that filing system to work more efficiently.

NLP seeks to work with all files to create co-hesive existence in the human mind.

We work with women in a way that honours all that has occurred along the journey we call life.  All experiences have value and with NLP we can assist women to understand their mind and how they come to think and behave the way they do. Using NLP techniques, we can reprogram the way information is processed for more inspired actions.

We can help nourish the power of the mind and modify thinking patterns through language to bring about change or, instil desired behaviours which will lead you to achieving your specific goals and outcomes.

Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)

CBT focuses on how women can identify and deconstruct unhelpful thought patterns that affect the outcomes they achieve.  It acknowledges the linkages between thinking, emotions, behaviour and consequences.  Learning to operationalise behaviours and implementing processes such cognitive restructuring, reframing and stimulus control women have the ability to empower themselves by recognising their triggers, redirecting their behaviours allowing them to achieve more productive outcomes and lead happier more fulfilling lives.

Solution Focused Therapy (SFT)

We aim to build change in women’s lives by focusing on solutions rather than problems. Solution Focused Therapy (SFT) is goal oriented, evidence-based and a future focussed approach. 

In SFT, we do not linger on the past but rather look to the future and what is possible because initiating positive change is what matters the most.   It can elicit a pivotal sense of freedom for women to see they can be in control of their future regardless of what kind of past they have experienced.

We work with women to regain their direction, map out their goals, identify their strengths and resources incorporating positive psychology principles.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

This is a therapy that incorporates many mindfulness exercises and techniques that can easily be replicated in everyday circumstances to support women in managing stress and anxiety.

It is based on the premise that women can live a vital and fulfilling life through overcoming the impact and influence stress, anxiety, painful thoughts and feelings have upon them.   These things no longer need to hold them hostage and sabotage their lives.  We work with women to foster psychological flexibility allowing them to focus on what really matters, inspiring and motivating them to make positive changes and achieve a sense of freedom.

Time-Line Therapy

In time-line therapy, we work with women around the surrender of negative emotions which are linked to past negative experiences so they can move forward having transformed their internal programming.  This therapy allows women the ability to have experiences based on present conditions, in the now, and not linked to emotions of previous life events.

Women are more easily able to move past limiting beliefs or life restrictions by disconnecting from negative emotions associated with particular memories or events, thereby liberating them to lead happier and fuller lives overall.

Reiki Healing

A Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that triggers the body’s natural healing abilities through the laying of hands.  It is simple non-invasive therapy for mind, body and spirit.

The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words – Rei which means “universal power” and Ki which is “life force energy”. So Reiki is a “spiritually guided life force energy.”

A Reiki treatment leaves you feeling calm and serene as it can be effective in removing blockages, negative energy and balancing the chakra system.
