Hello and thank you for taking the time to get to know me.
Whilst I have done a good deal of counselling and coaching over the years, it was not always the role I started out playing.
I have many years of experience in corporate leadership, management roles, corporate training, working with separated parents, operating small business, and fostering customer relationships.
One thing that became very clear is that it isn’t only about meeting corporate objectives, making profits or achieving success, it’s about the people you interact with. Whether they’re colleagues, employees or clients, they can all encounter ups and downs in life, love, health or career.
This is where counselling and coaching really came into play. Taking the time to listen, recognise each individual’s challenge, encouraging them to explore alternatives, supporting them to dream big and work collaboratively with them to seek resolution.
I value the spirit of giving back to the community and currently volunteer with organisations including Griefline.
In addition to all this, I am a mother of three children who knows what it can be like to manage home, family, work and all the challenges that comes with it.
Engaging with and working with people brings me the greatest joy and fulfillment.
In taking a holistic, person-centred approach incorporating various modalities and harnessing the connection between mind, body and spirit, I support women to discover and access their own inner wisdom.
